I only tool these four a few days, and only one capsule not two. On the first day I developed flatulence. On the second day it was worse and I started to feel dizzy. On the third evening I had terrible stomach pains and my poo had lots of mucus in it. That was for days ago (when I stopped) and I still feel really unwell. My digestive system is in a really bad state, with cramping, abnormal poo, dizziness, hot flushes and nausea. I've also worse tinnitus. I'm waiting another couple if days before going to the doctor for tests, but only because I've spent most of my time in bed. Please beware!!

I have been taking these capsules for 2 weeks and I can feel the benefit already. For the first week I took 6 capsules a day. I know that this works out expensive for the first few weeks but believe me I think it's worth it. I suffer with lupus and copd and life was getting a bit controlled, like are you ok to go out today, or how's your chest but, as I said for the first few weeks a bit pricey but I'm going to down to 3 a day in a week or so. I hope that I'll still feel this much benefit.

Using it for a month now and this stuff really works ...it has boosted my energy and helped me to cure my underarm fungal infection which was not getting better no matter what type of ointment I was using...Highly recommended. The only thing is I wish if it would be available on Spain Amazon would be easier to get.
