This is a great trash can. I always have to have some kind of trash container, and unfortunately modern cars have sort of phased not just trash out, but places where you can stick a trash can out. I wasn't sure where I was going to put this, when I bought it, but I end up putting it on the rear side of my center console. I don't have AC/Heat vents behind it, so I was able to adjust the strap so that it fit snug against the hinge of the console lid, and it works great.I like that it's set up to hold a trash bag, but you don't have the trash bag edges poking out. They give you 2 bags. It was easy to get them buttoned in with the magnetic button, and it seems to hold the bags well. You can use just about any plastic shopping bag with it. It comes with 4 stiffeners, with instructions where to put 2 of them. It can be a pain to get them in, but it's just something you need to work in and then it's good. With the 2 remaining ones I put them into the bottom of the mesh area which seems to work really well. I don't know if it will damage the mesh pocket bottom, but I don't plan on using the pocket anyway.The opening is great. The flanges or whatever you want to call them move easily and it's easy to use. The flanges make it really easy to push light things like napkins through.I bought one of basic black ones, and it looks nice. It's obvious a trash can, but it fits in really well with my black interior. Definitely recommended.
