Replacement Remote Control Compatible with Dyson HP01 HP00 Heat/Cool Hot Pure Air Purifier Heater Tower Fan

I just got mine in today for my Dyson HP01 Heat/Cool Hot Pure Air Purifier Heater. I put in a CR2032 battery and tested it out. It switches the fan on and off, between hot or cold, speed up and down, between the 2 air spread modes, as well as swiveling side to side manually & automatically. So for now, it works. I will advise if anything changes.

Although this could be a great item—much cheaper than ordering from the manufacturer—it arrived without a battery and without any instructions about how to insert a battery or what battery is required. I finally figured out what it needed and inserted my own battery. Works fine and is a good value but should definitely include either a battery or helpful instructions. I basically got an empty, useless remote.

Once plug in the battery it works right away with my Dyson fan. No need any installation or pairing. But no magnetic cant stick on top of the fan tho.

I would love this if it stayed on top of the unit like the original remote does. This does not have the magnetic feature like the original but the other features seem to work fine. Decent replacement for the cost and I like the blue color.

I lost my original Dyson remote and I needed another one at a lower price. This remote works great (Dyson HP01- Fan/Heater). Recommend this remote to anyone who just wants their Dyson to work.

It’s not the original, but the blue makes it easier to find. It doesn’t stick to the top of the Dyson because it’s plastic not a magnet but the buttons are raised and easy to push. You will need to purchase the CR 2032 battery separately (Amazon sells a 5 pack for $5). The only function I’ve realized it doesn’t do is reset the filter indicator but that does not impede any of the other usual functions. We are just so happy to have control to switch it to cool mode again after our toddler lost the original one!

Ordered batteries but the remote does not turn on what so ever. It’s very cheap thin plastic and very janky. Tried many times but simply didn’t work once.
