I have been looking for a book that can help with my family’s struggle with diabetes. I have finally found it!The steps to manage your diabetes for life are clear concise and easy to follow brilliant book wish I found a book like this years ago!

Not well edited
For a medical-type book, one would hope it is accurate. It is very repetitive and some of the sentences do not make much sense. The part that led me to write this review is on page 3. “People who adhere to this diet more closely have consistently…increased LDL cholesterol, reduced HDL cholesterol…”. This is the exact opposite of what you want to get healthy. I find it extremely strange that a “Dr.”, if that is in fact who wrote this, would let such a significant error slip through. Very strange. Hopefully it improves beyond page 3.
