Brilliant alternative to net curtain wire
Very easy to fit extendable rod for net curtains. We wanted something that would work with removable hooks as we wanted to avoid drilling into our new window frames. This extendable rod is ideal as it does not put sideways pressure on the hooks. We are delighted with the appearance.

Does the job for now.
I was really trying to find a much thicker one but couldn’t. This is okay and a good length for me. However, the extendable bit is a bit flimsy but once hooked its fine but I wouldn’t put a too heavy of a curtain up something light will be fine. This is the 2nd one I brought because the extendable bit started to bend hence why I say only a light net curtain will do fine for this type of rod.

flimsy, useless, arrives incomplete
Like many other buyers, we recieved the rod which was originally described as 'tension' only to discover it was wall mounted. there are no mounting brackets despite it being described as such. the rod is so thin and not sturdy and would not carry the weight of a net curtain when extended. very cheap make, awful unhelpful seller. reported to amazon

Did the job well
Had to stretch this little pole 9 feet & secured it with only 3 adhesive hooks & its holding up well.

Curtain Rod - can also be used as a beanpole
This is the only curtain rod I could find for a 7 foot 6 inch window. The rod seems fine after I glued the plastic ends on as they constantly fell off. However, the longest the curtain rod has stayed up for so far is 14 hours! It comes with 4 metal hooks with screw ends. This were no good for me to attach to my UPVC windows. So I purchased some adhesive end hooks and a centre hook. The hooks first went up with their own adhesive pads and came down pretty quickly. Then they went back up with No More Nails adhesive and came down after a few hours. Then they went back up with a type of Command strip. The middle hook came down so now we are trying three extra hooks supporting - just waiting for the strips to dry for 24 hours. I feel that I may have to give up on my net curtains soon (which is going to severely curtail my habit of spying on the neighbours!!) and the curtain rod may end up supporting my runner beans next year!

Not worth the money!
My window is 275cm and when extended the pole dips in the middle. The metal pole is so fragile that it bends out of shape so much so that while I was trying to push the smaller rod back into the larger one to return it, it bent so much that it broke!!
