States dries in seconds. 24 hours later still rubs onto my hand when I let my dog. I went by instructions on the can exactly. I am a groomer and so wanted this to work.

This does not really work. Ot says it won't rub off but it does. I had to pay to clean the couch at work and my new clothes had black on them from the dog leaning on me.Product sucks balls.
