Great to use for travel and easy to use. Soak the inner holder in water so the gel crystals are activated . Insert in the outer pack - it keeps the injectable drugs, insulin , arthritis or weight loss medications cool and safer for travel for at least 8 hours -if needed it can be reactivated by soaking again . It’s available in single pen size or double or triple . Seems durable and safe and means you don’t need a fridge until you arrive at your destination. Good price too and lightweight for travel .

An absolute godsend in the heatwave when the thermometer topped 30 degrees. Good quality, portable and an absolute necessity for anyone with Diabetes on Insulin.

Not very impressed not as cool as I thought it was going to be. Lot of messing around to do it before you go out.

Worked way better than I thought. Kept my pen cool even when packed in a motorcycle pannier riding around Spain.

This comes in 2 parts. The essential gel pouch and the protective cover. The cover is super poor quality. It lasted for 10 months before holes started to appear. Prior to that the fabric bobbled considerably as cheap materials do.The colour looks attractive but that's it. It doesn't do the job under normal wear and tear. The gel pouch is fine but having said that comparing this to one I had previously they now make them smaller which means its difficult to squeeze in an extra vial of insulin you often need as well as two pens. I could do this easily before. Both these issues suggests they want to drive down costs as well as quality and don't care about the customer experience we receive.

Went to Dominican Republic from Belgium. When arrived to the hotel, my vaccines (Mounjaro) had still correct temperature.

I do a lot of travelling and as I am insulin dependent, these Frio bags are simple and easy to use and for me they work great. They have a cooling life of about 48 hours ( before I re-soak in cold water)and when I fly, I place them in a cooler bag for extra protection and put in my check in luggage, after two days they still keep insulin cool. I personally recommend this product

As a long time diabetic, I have been using Frio to keep my insulin cool for many years. I also have other diabetic members of my family using this product.

Gratamente sorprendido como este simple estuche puede mantener tus ampoyetas frias por evaporación por tanto tiempo. Obviamente no abuses, no lo dejes directamente en el sol, ni en un lugar demasiado seco para evitar reducir el tiempo de enfriamiento. OJO no enfria como tal, solo mantiene la temperatura adecuada por evaporación de la humedad que capta la parte negra. Es ideal para viajes cortos y en condiciones no tan extremas.
