On the drone doesn’t work all the featuresand the batteries doesn’t last 30 minutes like they said, the most time is 15 minutes.

Disappointed and Sad
Purchased this drone for my father in law for Christmas, including the additional warranty. Beginner's luck found my dad's new drone inoperable. Sadly, the additional warranty coverage that my wife read inside and out declined replacement because "it was not a covered reason".So, We made the decision to go ahead and repurchase the same product at full price, this time, of course, without the additional warranty as it is apparently worthless. Received new product and just recently opened it up for its first, or maiden flight. Unfortunately, new drone will not "unlock". It will connect to remote and appears operational, but again, requires you to "unlock" but no instructions either contained in packaging instructions, or anything online, help with the process. So, to complete our sad story, we missed our window to return the item by 4 days.So, definitely consider NOT PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. Too many other choices out there to possibly have a similar experience.Absolutely no help on line with this product. Good luck.
