Bitten nails all my life and particularly bad when I am stressed had a loss and stress at work meant my nails were bitter so low they were agony everything i washed my hands shampood my hair or washed the dishesThree weeks of use couple of times a day and they're growing and super strong alreadyI've been enjoying tapping them on hard surfaces and hearing the click I've never had before (sad I know) but feel so good I just need to make sure I keep up the painting as if taste wears off I can see me being straight back to biting them for the time being at least

Both my husband (who has been biting his nails for 15 years that I have known him) and six-year-old son were biting their nails at the start of the pandemic. Needles to say it was not only a bad habit, but also pretty risky behaviour. I bought this product to help them stop. They have both succeeded in overcoming their bad habit and have not been biting their nails for almost a year. My husband bought four additional bottles in the process, but they are still hanging out in the bathroom cabinet, as they beat the habit using up only two containers between them. Incredible! I had bitten my nails for years and had given up on willpower ever making me stop - I couldn't go an hour without nibbling - it was part of my routine. My new year's resolution was to try harder to stop and I bought this without much faith in it working.I guess it works better for some people than others but I find the taste disgusting and it has managed to totally break my habit. I haven't bitten my nails for over a month - doesn't sound that impressive but believe me, it is.Give it a try, what have you got to lose.

Got this for my bf as he is always chewing his nails and couldn't stop himself. Put this on (once or twice a day) and almost a week later you can actually see nail growth, he has almost stop biting his nails completely! Another week or 2 and I think he will have quit the habit

This product comes in a nice little bottle and on time..but it certainly does the job of detering you nibbling your finger ends...it tastes vile..not too disgusting...just enough to remember you to keep those finger ends away from your mouth.Would I buy it again? .yes.

Used this to stop myself from biting my nails and my daughter from sucking her thumb at 6 (pact). I purchased a pack of three but to be honest this stuff broke the habit within 2 weeks and half a bottle later. Great stuff that tastes disgusting but if only for one or two people 1 bottle is enough - applied mornings and evening before bed.
