I really struggled at the end of my pregnancy with terrible back pain so this helped to relieve some discomfort. It feels really supportive. Wouldn't recommend wearing it while sleeping though - I wore it a couple of times as my back was so bad in bed but I felt a bit restricted. Really good if you're walking around as it helps with posture.

My wife is pregnant coming to 3 months now. My wife has mild scoliosis, so she wanted a pregnancy belt to relieve some pressure on her back.The package comes in a plastic zipped bag with a page around how to care for the belt. We would have liked at least simple instructions, but we took a look at the various images of the belt to see how to fit the belt on my wife. Since fitting the belt is not complicated, I have not reduced my rating.The abdominal pad and the upper part are comfortable and seem of good quality. The velcro straps stick very well.My wife has tried the abdominal pad for a few days and she likes the pad. The pad is comfortable and the velcro straps do not move at all. I imagine that more of the benefit would come when the bump is more visible though.The price seems generally affordable. Based on the quality, we would recommend this belt.

Not a fan of this product at all. It is extremely uncomfortable and if anything it gave me more back pain. It is also difficult to use and fit properly. Would definitely not recommend.

I got this for my granddaughter & she loved it!She was waitressing all through her pregnancy & this helped her back so much!
