Good steam for cleansing down there. It's great for relief from period cramps I typically uses it days before I come on and it helps tremendously for cramps I feel so much lighter after I steam for about 20 mins. So refreshing and it has a lovely rose scent to it!

I’m familiar with the concept of yoni steaming for feminine health, and have only recently started putting it into practice. While I’m not into scent masking, I do like the other potential benefits yoni steaming claims to provide, as I like to take excellent care of my entire body and not naively neglect one area due to cultural taboos. I appreciate that these herbs, all of which are good by me, are natural, though I’d like to see them also be organic, as that’s what I prefer. These loose herbs come inside a nicely-labeled press-zip pouch. The instructions on the front are simple and easy to understand. Inside the pouch, the herbs smell delightful and floral. The best way to administer this steam as intended is by using a seat with a hole, yet I have none, making this pretty inconvenient at the moment. Squatting over a steaming pot and wrapping a towel around my legs almost feels like an invigorating, spa-like experience other than having to maintain the squatting position. Overall, this is a nice blend of herbs for yoni steaming.

I don't even know how to review this without offending my Grandmother. My girlfriend got a good laugh out of it though, as a birthday gift.

Just got this and I did my first yoni steam ever. The herbs have a really pleasant smell, reminds me of my herbal tea. It left a very refreshing afterwards and I know I will be using it often. Would recommend!

This mix is absolutely gorgeous! It smells amazing and relaxing, like I’m walking through a spring garden in bloom. Simple to use and helps with relaxation.
