Amazon Basics 9-Hook Coat Rack with Shoe Shelf and 1-Tier Storage, 65 x 33 x 170.1 cm, Black

I purchased this as the rack I had attached to the wall couldn't cope with the coats I put on it. Used to fall down about once a year.I did quite a thorough check of the search results and this one in my opinion based on product reviews came out well, whereas a lot of the cheap and nasty chinese ones had issues with no screws, or screws not fitting in the holes.Having received the package it was well packaged and easy to take out. Components are labelled and instructions are quite easy to follow. It took me around 15 minutes to assemble on my own, mainly due to using the provided allen key rather than a drill/driver which would have saved me at least 5 minutes.The stand looks good, it's pretty sturdy and currently has 10 coats (some of which are really heavy duty) and 3 pairs of boots on it.For the price, it's pretty much as good as you are going to get on Amazon without having to add another £100 to the price.I highly recommend it

This coat rack is flat packed for home assembly. It requires an Allen key (supplied) and about 15 to 20 minutes of your time. The instructions are excellent and easy to follow. Some notes on assembly; all the screws went in no problem aside from two that were threaded but eventually went in. All the parts have a good weight to them and once together it feels quite substantial. You can however see where the component parts meet, it doesn’t make a perfectly straight line. There were some parts that were missing the black paint but luckily they were on the underside. Overall a great coat rack that is most certainly up to the job.

I've put this together in less than half an hour, so if you can read instructions and have worked with an allen key, you will be okay. I've put together furniture since I was six years old though (being a Swedish national), so it might be second nature to me but it really is very straight forward.There are a few scuff marks on the shoe rack where the black paint has worn off and I to really dislike the lettered stickers that are stuck onto every single part (they're a bit tricky to get off, quite frankly) but, apart from that, it's a very decent and sturdy coat rack.

Easy to build plenty of space for multiple coats/hoodie. Lots of space for shoes underneath makes it all neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

Basic item but does the intended job. Ideal for a first home with limited space.

This is quite easy to put together with easy to follow instructions-well it must be as my teenage son put it together and he doesn’t normally even try to put stuff together lolYou get a coat rack and a shoe storage shelf. You also get nine hooks for bags etc.This is a decent solid rack.
