The are stackable and colorful. My toddler just hates how you can't really pick up the masterpiece he makes because they fall apart. Other than that he enjoys playing with them.

Bought these for my preschool class they love them just make sure to buy enough I purchased 6 boxes and that covers about 6 kids.

I have worked with preschool aged children for many years, so when I find a manipulative toy that I can see a learning opportunity with I typically jump at getting it. As I did with these blocks.I am torn with this review, because let's face it, magnets are fun at any age to play with!But I also see that having magnets in building blocks it takes away from a child's cause and effect learning because it takes a steady hand to stack blocks and having magnets hold them together kind of defeats that process.However, looking beyond simply building towers, there are learning objectives to be had. Such as; color recognition, patterning, sorting etc....This set is a 54 piece set consisting 6 blocks in 9 different colors. The instruction booklet has several ideas in it, but most young children will get frustrated if they cannot follow the ideas in the book because they do not have enough blocks of one color. Also, some of the blocks magnets do not seem to be as strong as some of the others which is frustrating when your figure won't hold together well.I would not recommend this product for any child that may still place things in their mouths! The box does come with a well appointed warning, which I truly appreciated, but let's face it, many of us just open boxes and start playing before reading the actual warnings (as I did). These blocks are approximately 1" square and can easily be placed in a mouth, posing a huge choking hazard or injury due to potential swallowing of the magnets! So please supervise closely if young children are using these blocks!I titled this review "the good, the bad, and the scary" because the good is there is are learning objectives to be had and magnets are fun! I think these would get played with a lot.The bad is there is not enough of one color and some of the magnets are not as strong as the others.And the scary is the potential choking/injury issue. Again, the product packaging does have a warning on it but I just feel it important to draw attention to that warning.

Got this for my grandchidren when they come to visit. They have similar products at home and I believe these will be a hit for them as well. They seem well constructed and a lot of fun!

My partner and I do not have children, but our friends do. They're starting to grow up and come over to visit, and we need there to be some fun things for them to do/be distracted with. These magnetic blocks are absolutely PERFECT. Our friends commented that they had not yet seen their child use a toy for as long as they did with these blocks, and they were out on the living room coffee table for hours.They work so well, and every side of them is magnetic, so there's no frustration and just pure fun. As adults playing with the kids, we also had fun coming up with unique designs and seeing how high we could stack them before they fell over. Also, these blocks came crashing down many times onto a hard surface and there was not one crack or blemish--so they're very durable.They came with a storage bag that is the perfect size to also fit the paper guide that came in the box; this had helpful visuals for the kids to copy and try to mimic. It's nice to not have to keep another box around and try to re-organize them into it each time we want to put it back away, so the storage bag in this case was extremely useful.

Idk what it is about these blocks but we absolutely love them. They make a soothing sound too which I find to be calming like ASMR. It’s like they’re filled with sand or something, such a genius idea. I will be getting more, great gift idea.

the kids really love these blocks, they are big enough that my toddler cannot swallow them. both seem to enjoy playing with them and thats good enough for me!!!
