Have a cb1 and a cm4 you need this
After a 3d printer board with a built on BTT CB1 went out I bought this adapter and now I have a btt Raspberry Pi in the Raspberry Pi 3b format. Although not the same as a raspberry pi but the board still runs a version of linux that you can run for all sorts of projects.

Good Adapter
So far works good to upgrade with BTT SKR3 and Klipper.

Was broken upon arrival
Upon arrival it would not boot after properly creating an image. Power was not getting delivered to the board at all.

Much better than the CB1
My husband kept complaining about timing issues and overheating with his CB1 so he upgraded his custom printer to the CB2. He said the timing issues and overheating. Once he added the matching heatsink his temperatures go between 40-58 degrees depending on the workload.

Great pi alternative
I love this setup it’s working perfectly for running klipper and was super easy to setup following the detailed instructions that were provided. You can find a lot of cases on line for this combo.

If your USB ports are not working with a CM4, read the manual
Manual clearly states how to get the usb ports working with a cm4. If you do not read the manual, and follow the instructions, they wont work. The USB ports on the cm4 are disabled by default.

Works, cannot be powered by a USB - C power supply!
Update : First board I received was likely not DOA. I received the replacement board, and it wouldn't power up either. On a lark, I decided to try a USBA - USBC cable, and it powered on (though I'm receiving undervoltage errors because of this, even though I'm using a 2.1 amp power brick). Because this limitation is not listed anywhere, I'm not sure I'll be keeping this board. Updated my 1 star review to three, because while the board does work with the CM4, the lack of power from USBA power bricks is a big drawback... Board is DOA - first BTT item I've purchased with this issue. Took a CM4 (1GB/16GB eMMC) I've got in a Waveshare CM4-IO-BASE-A, which is working perfectly (MainsailOS installed), and transplanted it to the Pi4B board. No power / LEDs, no video output, nothing. Went through the exchange process to see if I just had bad luck and got a defective board. Will update this review once the replacement arrives and I test to see if I have the same results.

I got a CB1 for my Manta E3EZ. I also got the CB1 heat sync. It's working VERY nicely in my Ender 3 Pro. I'd previously used Klipper with a Pi 2 B which couldn't really keep up and gave me grief. The CB1 is a good fit for this application. My CPU temp is around 49C which I could improve if I rigged some active cooling near it. The 4 CPU threads seem way more than I need for Klipper (etc) which is perfect as there's room to grow. 1GB of memory seems tiny lately, but I seem to not need 1GB for this application, so, why pay for more? I'm a fan. The top competitor board in my mind is the Orange Pi Compute Module which has a very similar price, but some nice additional features that I don't need. I'm happy with this Biqu/BTT option as it was intended to be used with the other hardware that I'm using it with and everything got working with damn near zero thought on my part.

RPis are expensive and hard to get so I put a Manta E3EZ in my Ender 3 Max and this board in the Manta, so far no issues, wifi works with no disconnects. It's been worth it so far.

Needed this for setting up some Raspberry Pi CM4s for 3d printers and it did the job.

Easy to get setup with Klipper and is running stable. Keep in mind you cannot use a Pi screen with the CB1. You need either a hdmi screen or the spi.
