Dritz Home 44009 Upholstery Pins, 2-1/2-Inch (30-Piece), Nickel

I use these for cigar nubbing. You can get a single pin for $5-$7 dollars on etsy with a couple cheap beads glued on it or you can buy this box of 30 for the same price and forget the cheap decoration. I give them out at the smoke shop all the time. Excellent!!!

When my order for sofa and loveseat covers arrived, I couldn't wait to use them. Although I ordered upholstery pins at the same time, these didn't arrive until later. I was one week into the covers and was beginning to think I made a bad decision with these covers as I was constantly straightening them out every time someone sat on them. They just wouldn't stay and I was getting tired. Then the pins arrived. After a few tries, I found a good way to pin the covers to the sofa and loveseat so they'd stay. The pins are exposed, so families with small children may have to find a safer way to secure their furniture covers. These pins worked for me, kept my covers from continuously slipping and sagging and kept me from utter frustration.

These also are outstanding to use as cigar nubbers when you really want to smoke that last inch! Best part is, they are so reasonably priced and in bulk that you can share them with your buddies at the cigar shop. Buy them!

These pins are HEAVY DUTY!!! They can hold up on the most serious of materials for keeping them in place while you get a chance to secure them - I used them for an upholstery project to keep the material held into the area that I needed it to stay on. They held up just beautifully

I'm using this to keep a blanket from touching the velvet upholstery when being transported and stored. Perfect solution.

They are what they are - 2-1/2" Pins. They are good and did the job they were ordered. If you need pins this long then I would suggest you order these.

I bought these pins to secure fabric to a bench that I was re-upholstering. The pins enabled me to fit the fabric perfectly before nailing it down. They were fantastically useful and I highly recommend them.
