Arrived slightly damaged but not affecting the operation of this excellent quality device. Despite an immediate offer of a refund I decided to keep it. Typical first class German workmanship.

For the price, its not good enough that it only worked twice. Smaller and cheaper devices seem much better. Had for 4 months, do not waste your money.

Charged item on arrival. One month later seems not able to charge. Extremely disappointed. Hope for return replacement. As this has 12v and 24v capacity which is handy
