Powerful, compact ,sturdy and fully waterproof, this was the ideal companion for our canal trip and I am sure it will be perfect for any situation indoor or outdoor, wet or dry. Easy to connect to your phone or device with bluetooth, volume is controlled either on the speaker or your device. Sound is clear and fairly loud for a small speaker, we did not use it on full volume because we didn't want to disturb the neighbours. If you don't have bluetooth there is a input jack on the rear, but you lose your watertightness as you have to undo the sealed cover on the back as you also have to do when charging. Phone calls can be also be taken via the speaker, which has a built in mic,, that is, if you don't mind everyone in the area listening to your conversation lol. All in all a great product, (But thats just my opinion, I'm no expert)

Really pleased with this product. Bought on a bit of a whim to listen to music when in the hot tub. Sound quality is very good for the size of the unit, and pairing-up to my iPhone or Bluetooth turntable is a doddle. Battery life seems pretty good too - not had to charge it yet after about 10 hours use.Have given it an immersion test - although you can't hear it very well when it is under water!

Great speaker I have been using it in the shower so it got plenty wet no problems and the quality of sound is good enough. I have alot of Bluetooth speakers and this one is the best also good enough for the outdoors too

it worked great and the sound is fab. After charging it a few time a pin broke off in the usb port. Obviously cheap rubbish

This pokey little speaker pumps out some power. not all speakers put out the rated peak power all of the time. but this is ideal for hot tubs, you will hear the music over your hot tubs whilst this very well built and great priced speaker is floting around.

Perfectly adequate for Gardens, Kitchens and holidays... or anything really. Really good sound. Loud. Easy to use. Very happy buyer.Works perfectly with my iPhone 10 on all my music apps.

The question from Amazon was 'did the item meet expectations?' In this context, the answer is no. I was recommended the Ion speaker and sent a link to purchase. During this process, I failed to spot that it was being sold 'used as new' The fault was mine. When it arrived, I quickly realised my error. The box was damaged. The cover for the charging point was damaged nd the speaker was marked and filthy. Definitely not 'as new' - used or not. Worst of all, the Bluetooth connection is iffy. It only works with my phone right next to the speaker. Even then, it sometimes drops out. When it is physically connected, however, it sounds great - Plenty of volume and solid bass. I have tried again to search for the item NEW, but it always comes back to the Used version. I have no issue with the fact that I misread the description, but it was in no way, shape or form 'as new' when it arrived. In fairness to the sender, they have offered to send a returns label, but the item should never have arrived in this condition in the first place.

This baby is Loud! Use it pretty much anywhere. Good battery life, long range Bluetooth connectivity, waterproof (although I haven't tested it anywhere but in the shower,) compact, easy to carry. The rubberized outer surface makes it stay put on slippery or inclined surfaces. You can set it down either vertically (handle up) or tip it back at about a 30 degree angle for better sound quality when listening at your desk. It sounds great in the car, too. No Bluetooth source available? No problem! Just plug in any standard 3.5mm male to male audio cable and connect it to your sound source. The built in charge regulator lets you charge the internal battery at up to a 1 amp rate if your USB charger can supply that much current. And you can use it while it's charging.
