58mm Magnetic Camera Lens Filter Mount for iPhone 14/15/16 Pro Max

I previously posted a review about the magnet affecting the ability to select things on my iPhone screen. I deleted that review and I am sorry about posting it because I found it was a problem with my phone, not this product. After fixing it I did not have that problem anymore.The only negative thing I have is the double back tape that holds the mounting plate on does not last, even after cleaning the surface before attaching it. But, you can put new double back tape on it.Other than that, it works good.I was able to put the filter holder on and off several times before the mounting plate came off.I would recommend this product but be prepared to replace the tape.

The magnetic attachment is perfect although with the camera lens in it’s widest it can be seen just stay 24mm and up

Love the concept of using this with a CPL filter. The square opening fits an uncased iphone, but just a touch too small for a Spigen case. 58mm may be a bit small for the iphone 15 pro max, as the edges of the filter in visible in the wide angle lens.

I ordered this 58mm Magnetic Camera Lens Filter Mount for iPhone13 / 14 Pro Max to use with my iPhone 13 Pro Max.Back when I got my iPhone 13, I was trying to decide if it was worth the extra money to get the Pro Max. As a photographer, I rarely travel without a camera, but it seemed like I might be able to leave the camera at home if I had a versatile and quality camera built into my phone. So, I got the Pro Max. Unfortunately, it never worked as well as I hoped it would. The inability to use filters was just too limiting for me to rely solely on my iPhone as a camera.This little attachment makes it easy to use filters on your iPhone. There is a magnet that you attach permanently to your phone, and then the filter holder is held in place by the magnet. I've stacked two filters and the magnet still held securely.I didn't want to attach anything to my camera, so I attached the magnet to my iPhone's case. As noted by other reviewers, the weakest part of this system is the adhesive used to attach the magnet to the phone. I found that screwing the filter onto the adaptor before attaching the adaptor to the magnet seems to help keep the adhesive from failing as quickly. That said, you can expect to replace the adhesive. While double-sided foam tape works well, it is also thick and will keep the filter from attaching as close to the lens as you might like. Keep in mind that filters typically screw into a lens and no light can enter the lens without first passing through the filter. With this adaptor, there is some space between the filter and the lens, and if you are standing in a location where sunlight can get between the lens and the filter, you may have some unintended flare.Overall, I am satisfied with this adaptor and find it very useful to be able to use standard screw-in filters with my iPhone camera.

Bought it so I could use an infrared filter with my iPhone camera. No problems with the magnet continuing to stick on my case. Fits great on an iPhone 14 pro without a case however, if you want a case on your iPhone it’s picky because each case seems to have slightly different sized protection ridges around the camera lenses. Purchase this product for an elderly parent. They really like the product. The seller is quite effective at staying in touch to create a success from the point of order to the point of delivery and then follows up to ensure that the product is working satisfactorily and even send you an extra pair of foot inserts for this particular device. They did not respond to some questions that I had about some technical modifications but that’s understandable. Exceptional experience here.

If only the double side tape could hold the magnet on the iPhone. The first time I used the tape I thought “possible I did t clean the iPhone good enough”. Then the second time I tried the magnet fell off the iPhone a day after I stuck it on. Basically the unit is useless because it won’t adhere to the smooth iPhone glass
