Waterman Fountain Pen Ink | Absolute Brown | 50ml Bottle

Writing with my beloved fountain pens had become a chore. The two I used for black ink both dried up and it was scratch, scratch, scratch with nothing but sore paper to show for it. I thought perhaps the nibs had broken on account of my rather strange grip on a pen. But why now? Why would they both fail where my other, coloured (by Waterman), ink pens continued to succeed? After some pondering and investigation, I came to the conclusion that the main suspect lay in the Quinky, inky chambers of my fountains. With some urgency, I ordered a bottle of Waterman black ink and a couple of converters, then ditched the Quink cartridges. This was the moment when love entered my heart.

Beautifulcolour really good quality and will defo buy again

I have found Watermans ink to be consistently of a very high quality. There is something deeply satisfying about filling a pen from a bottle, it somehow adds to the pleasure of writing with a fountain pen. The mysterious blue colour is useful for most everyday tasks, nice colour and great ink.

Perfect colour

I like this colour, I've used it for years and I like the fact that it's not black! Everyone uses black, so it's nice to be different.It flows nicely from the pen, it's smooth on the paper, dries quickly and doesn't bleed through the page as some intense inks can.My go-to ink for most things.

It's good to find that decent ink is still available. Photocopies well ; dense colour for signatures ; flows smoothly. Easier use than a ballpoint pen.

This goes in my Mont Blanc fountain pen. In my opinion, it is very good and much better than Quink which I have used for many years.

I'm no expert but its super smooth and a lovely colour. I'll defo. get more one I've used it.
