Not rugged enough
The case felt a little flimsy. If I’m paying good money, I need something that is going to protect a phone that costs a lot of money.

Slim but sturdy !
One of the slimmest cases among all these thicker ones out there that really does the job! Even otterboxes and co add extra millimeters. It’s about finding the right balance when developing protective cases and UAG happens to be really great at this :)

Great customer service!
Great looking an feeling case. The MagSafe works great. My case came with some marks on it I couldn’t remove so I contacted customer service about it and they were great about sending a replacement! This is my 3ed Uag case and it’s the only case I’ll use for my iPhone.

Not the best.
It protects well as expected by an UAG case. The volume buttons are difficult to work in this case, however. Would not buy it again.
