This is a versatile low(ish) cost solution for dust collection.The fit is very good and tight onto a rigid vacuum port, and can be manipulated to turn corners in tight spaces etc. without kinking like a clear-flex hose, or without adding difficult coupling lengths when you use rigid pipe.The bend & hold aspect works very well, and the pipe doesn't compress under vacuum or expand/blow out when used on the end of a planer which blows more air that a rigid will suck.I found that the 'fit' on the end of the planer wasn't quite as snug and required a simple hose clamp so the planer didn't eject it immediately. Fit on my other fixtures was very tight and though you can certainly hose clamp them all (especially if your at your final solution), I've had no issues simply using tape.The hose holds its shape in both situations and I was able to fix both situations with a single 36" pack, which I cut with snips and a utility knife.This was a big upgrade from clear flex-hose which compressed or flapped when sucked/blown and required more bracing etc.

I had to replace the hose on my lawn vacuum after only 2 seasons use. This hose was 1/2 the price andwith a slight modification to the lawn vacuum I only needed to use 5 of the 10 feet that I bought.I have 3 seasons on this hose and it's still working fine. No cracks or tears.

I was expecting some very cheap tubing for the price but its actually very nice. unfortunately its just not tough enough for my yard vack as a few sticks did put holes in it. for any lighter duty application i would definitely buy again!

I bougt this because it was half the price of the AgriFab vacuum tube and long enough to use with a zero turn mower without an extension. It does fit over both the discharge shut at the mower deck and the suction intake at the motor. While it is thinner material it works well with a slight modification. I slit the old, worn out, AgriFab tube town the middle and slipped a 3' section of it it over this tube where it may come in contact with the ground or rub on the mower's tire during turns. This provides abrasion resistance for the new tube.

good hose to use for the leaf vac, and a great price. only used for 1 fall of leaves so far, but it worked good and has held up good. need to have ability to hang it in between the mower and leaf vac well, as I ended up running it over twice while backing up and I thought I had it supported well. but was able to bend it back into shape and it did not break the hose. added another tarp strap at the back of the mower and that solved the problem.

I purchased this hose to extend my dust collector on my industrial blast cabinet. It works great and it’s lightweight. I was worried how it would hold up but it’s been in service 8 hours a day for the last 2 weeks with no problems. This is a great buy

Upgraded shops dust collection to 6”.This hose is top notch, extremely flexible and strong this far (30 days use). Some of the fittings for my 6” system had slights variance in o.d., the hose worked flawlessly and adapted to all of them.

It works for the leaf vac but I'm not sure how long it will last.

I tried to run this around a bend. It’s didn’t collapse exactly, but it bent in a very strange way that restricted air flow. I was expecting this to be a tough as most of the 4” hose I have, but it’s much softer. That may be a good thing for some people.

It is see through so it is easy to see the grass going into the grass catcher. It is flexible so it moves easily when turning the mower on corners

For something that is "Heavy Duty", I would not want to see their light duty

Thin PVC makes it light duty. The way it is designed places the spring wire inside the hose (higher friction). Much better hose available for the same price.
