1/2" Toilet Cistern Bottom Entry Inlet Fill Valve CE UPC Wras Approved.

I managed to fit this without a great deal of hassle and would only consider myself moderately handy. Worked well, seems robust.

Easy to install, arrived quickly

The set up is a little bit different to what I am used for a cistern Bottom Entry Inlet Fill Valve, but this does the job really well. It is compact so quite useful if your cistern is quite busy with little room available.

It took a bit of fiddling to fit this in a fairly tight space as I did not replace the existing siphon at the time.Removes the need for the ball arm and assembly. Fills from the bottom, so much more quiet with no water pouring in from the top.Point to remember is that the fill level is set by the position of the small float assembly on the vertical support. Once the water flows over the top of the float, it rises and shuts off straight away. So you get full flow to the required height, then water is shut off. No gradual reduction in flow or dribbles and drips at the end.Lots of movement/ adjustment available to get water level just right.

Easy to set up with basic tools, took 1/2 hr. Time will tell if it lasts. Original one was passing on the supply probably worn seal.

Easy to swap and set the fill level

Whilst relatively inexpensive easy to install, the instrument is a bit small and hence the volume of water is not quite adequate for a single flush.

Easy to fit by non professional took only half hour from start to finish.
