package delivered early, well packaged, easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in

Once I ordered I was contacted by someone to arrange delivery. My local DPD depot then did everything they could to stuff up my order it took many emails and phone calls before they finally delivered the chair, the guys at Otiental were fanatatsic and they couldn't have done more to help sort the problem out.The chair itself arrives deconstructed but I really wouldn't let that put you off as I found it fairly straightforward and simple to build. It's very comfortable and supportive and I think it's great value for money compared to similar brands costing 4 times as much. I'd definitely recommend if you want a recliner without the massive cost.

not leather at all,and after about 3 years looks awful.remember bonded leather is not real leather.....

Really comfortable and excellent value. Looks good, too.Not too hard to build, but two pairs of hands make things easier.

This chair is really good quality and comfy the only down side is the colourthey advertise cream but its not its beige so be carefull if you matchingwith other furniture in the same room

Sillón reclinable con reposapies muy cómodo y de calidad. El acabado y la relación calidad/precio es muy buena. Tiene el tamaño perfecto, siendo amplio pero no demasiado grande. La tonalidad del crema pudiera variar con respecto a la foto, en mi caso, tirando más a beige.Requiere montaje pero es muy sencillo y las instrucciones son muy visuales. Apenas se tarda.Recommendable.

Produit très beau, mais un peu fragile au niveau du cuir, produit chinois!!!!!!, déjà abîme, il se coupe au niveau du cuir
