This stuff is really nice and is a trusted brand. It's really really thick though, and if you have thin hair, you need to be careful about how much you use -- if you overdo it, your hair will feel goopy even after you rinse it out, making it hard to style later. It has a nice, light coconut beachy smell to it and if you don't overdo it, this jar will last a while.

Easy little addition to your hair care routine to ease dry scalp and improve the look of your hair. The formula is thick and smells like coconut. I can't say this is solely responsible for improving my dry scalp because I also like to regularly use oils/rosemary and I use targeted Rx shampoos. But I like that I can also use this on those days when I need a little extra oomph. My scalp really acts out during changes in seasons so I like being able to do something extra.PROS:+ I love this smell. If you like coconut you'll love this. I guess this is a "con" if you prefer fragrance free hair products. If that is the case, you should definitely skip this.+ Easy to use. I put it on after rinsing my shampoo. Then I leave it to sit for 5 minutes before rinsing it off again.+ I have long hair so I have to use a few fingerfuls of product to get in there. It's so thick - almost like rubbing lotion into your hair/scalp. I tend to apply my products generously but it looks there's a lot of product in this little tub and even with as much as I use, I think it will last me several months even if I make it part of my weekly routine.CONS:- Pricey.- Conditions and "weighs down" my hair. It has a conditioning effect: it makes my long hair feel softer, but it also makes my long hair lay flatter. I don't hate it. I prefer soft and flatter over fried, raggedy volume. But it's misleading to say that it won't affect volume. I find conditioning products always affect my volume because so much of my volume comes from static frizz and/or raggedy ends.

I really like this product. It is on the pricey side, but the ingredients I believe make up for it. The5re are a lot of good ingredients in this dry scalp treatment that is good for your skin.One thing I have noticed is that I don't have as much flakes as I normally would have after using this product. The coconut scent is something I enjoy. I understand it may not be the same for you but I believe it really is a good scent to use here. Overall I believe after using it for a while that this really helps to exfoliate your dry scalp. Easy four star recommendation.

When your scalp is super dry and constantly itches you will try anything and everything for relief. This product was meh for me. Wouldn't buy again.

My wife has sever eczema and it has been bothering her scalp for the last 6 months or so. She’s very selective about the products she’ll try on it for fear of making it worse. She likes this brand though and liked the ingredients, so she decided to give this a go. She’s been pleasantly surprised after a few uses how much more moisturized her scalp feels. She loves the coconut scent. It is super thick and nourishing. While it is called a scalp treatment she said it feels like using a deep conditioner on the rest of her hair. She will continue to use it and have it as part of her regular routine now.
