As someone who struggles with very heavy periods and is also very conscious about not putting too many chemicals near my body, especially "down there", these are perfect for me. Always stock up and don't use anything else now.

My daughter recoommended these to me and I am glad she did. They qre comfortable and very absorbent. Where I used to wake up in the middle of the night to change, I dont. I dont feel messy and itchy like I did with other pads.Generally, a very good product I have now recommended to my friends.

I have used these pads for almost two years now, and I love them! They are the only pads that fully prevent leakage and don't feel giant. Amazing!

I love this brand, I buy overnight and daily pad and also panty liners.. they are soft, absorbent, and comfortable.. The adhesive keeps them securely in place, ensuring peace of mind throughout the day.

Love these so much. If you have a heavy, messy flow, Rael has the longest pads I've found. Yes, they are VERY thick, if you're coming from a standard Always foam type pad, but they're much healthier for you, especially for sensitive skin. If you're the type to whine about how pads "feel like wearing a diaper", you should move along. Some of us don't have a choice, due to various health issues.I will say, the adhesive on the very back part of the pad could be better. It tends to want to slide to the side during the night if you toss and turn a lot. I wear my designated period underwear a size too small and wear compression shorts to bed to minimize this. I also sleep with a small waterproof bed pad underneath my hips as a final layer of protection to avoid staining my sheets. Combine all this with getting up once or twice during the night to change and I usually make it to morning unscathed. Oh, the joys of being a woman!

These are well made and work well. They are a cleaner product using 100 percent cotton. Would recommend this if your looking for a safer option.

I had been meaning to review this product since I tried it for the very first time last month. This is my first time using organic menstrual sanitary pads. I didn't even know they existed until recently and what a joy I have discovered!!! :)We're going to get personal ladies, so if you don't mind me sharing, please stop reading now. You have been warned of the TMI I'm about to reveal!!Okay, I'm in my late 30's and I've used sanitary pads since I started menstruating when I was 12. I usually bought Kotex or Always as my go-to pads but maybe a year ago I started doing research on alternatives. I have a menstrual cup and the learning curve is no joke with that one, or it could just be me, but I didn't find it comfortable at all and I have put it away. You have to be extremely comfortable with touching your lady parts and I have found that not many of us are. What led me to Rael was its simplistic marketing. I wanted organic cotton pads and I started really having a conversation with myself about all that goes into the manufacturing of a sanitary pad. The plastics, dyes and coloring. So many things that I hadn't given a second thought to. I ordered the overnight ones and the panty liners. They came fairly quickly and I was impressed with its no frills packaging. I love how the back of the overnights flair out for a nice coverage area for the back of your panties. It's pure genius. I didn't think I needed that added feature until I had it!!! OHHHH, JOY!!! That makes a world of difference and the cotton is so soft and comfortable against lady parts and skin. No more getting scratched by the plastic or velcro nicking you. YES!! And no odor. I always thouht that menstrual blood had a odor the moment it was exposed to air. I was wrong all this time. Perhaps the chemicals and dyes other brands have put on their pads is causing the odor, because I have never felt so comfortable wearing a pad in all my life. Rael you have a fan for life!!

I love the length of these, but the wing design is a little awkward. As for someone who's flow is very heavy, these don't absorb very well, I find myself having to get up in thr middle of the night to change them.
