Wrong size sent
I purchased the 3/8-3/4 inch and a much larger wand arrived. Reading over reviews now, I see this has happened to others. I found a CHI 3/8 inch tapered wand at Ulta. Way more expensive but worked well. This size is tough to find. Good luck!

Boxes aren't labeled correctly.
I tried to order the 3/8-3/4 inch twice and both times received a box that was labeled as such but the curling wand in the box was not the correct item either time.
