I bought this following a wrist injury that has exacerbated mild arthritis. It is a nice looking bracelet, but sadly very uncomfortable as it is far too large for me, even when fully pushed together!The two ends needing to meet to make it fit, make it impractical; as it would require constant bending to open it enough to get it on and off. Added to the inconvenience, the metal is fairly thick and hard to bend. I also worry that constant over-bending MIGHT weaken the metal, and might also loosen/damage the magnets.The actual bracelet measures 19 cm round from edge to edge, with a 2cm, give or take a bit gap, between the two ends. My injured right wrist wrist is 16 cm, my left wrist 15 cm. Prospective purchasers, measure your wrist carefully!!It is a VERY nice item for someone with the right shape and size of wrist!!

My 82 yr old husband has terrible aching hands and painful joints. I should say had because within 24 hrs of wearing the bracelet he noticed a big difference and was even able to close fingers. The design and style of the bracelet shows thought, easy to put on and take off, adjustable and a very pleasing design make it more of a piece of jewellery. Have just bought another for his other hand. Highly recommended

Very pleased with this bracelet band. Thicker and sturdier & more comfortable than I thought it would be. The design is nicely done. The stiffness in my wrist and fingers has got better, hopefully it was due to this band, time will tell. If it isn’t I like as a wrist band any way anyway.

I have tried these types of products before with glowing recommendations but found they never really worked. But after a few days this one seems to actually work as I now have very little pain. Would recommend this product.
