One capsule = 432mg Mg + 42mg B6 + 25mcg D3
This product is the third I've tried from Magnox, after being a repeat customer of Magnox Mig and recently trying Magnox 520. As with the other Magnox products, the magnesium in these capsules is also sourced from the Dead Sea. All three contain magnesium oxide monohydrate, but Magnox Mig also contains B2 and B12, Magnox 520 also contains magnesium oxide, and Magnox StressMag also includes magnesium hydroxide, B6, and D3. The total magnesium contained in each of these products is 460mg, 865mg, and 432mg, respectively. All three products provide quality magnesium, but while I'll likely continue using Magnox Mig and Magnox 520, I'm less likely to be a repeat customer of Magnox StressMag because after experimenting with it several times it doesn't seem to explicitly provide stress relief. But this assessment is likely due to my already consuming B6 from two other supplements on a daily basis: Amazon Elements Organic Whole Food B Complex, and Nuvana Multifood Whole Food Vitamin + 12 Strain Probiotic Blend for Men. While I also consume B2 and B12 from these two supplements, it appears that I can occasionally make use of more of these. I'm not considering the D3 contained in StressMag because I already consume a minimum of 125mcg on a daily basis, and StressMag only includes 20% of this amount (25mcg). Since results will vary depending on the health of those consuming this product and the supplements already consumed by them, I'm rating this product five stars because I've had a good experience with all Magnox products.

Sleep zzzz
I have suffered a major loss this year and my stress & sleep is terrible. I have taken & tried B6, Gaba, melatonin & magnesium on & off in separate forms. Liked that this was a combination of B6 & magnesium, the added 1k iu of Vit D is a bonus. magnesium oxide can cause loose stools in morning which some like, I don't but this didn't happen to me anyway. Actually the 432mg is very low to cause this, you would likely have to take 2 or more caps, the recommended dose is 1 cap. Liked that it is gluten & dairy free (I'm sensitive). I'm monitoring my sleeping heart rate to see if it has an effect, probably too soon to be conclusive, I will update.

Worth it for the restful sleep alone! 💤
Well I’ll be darned.. this actually WORKS, and fast! I’ve been doing a lot of research on magnesium + vitamin D for overall relaxation and sleep support. I know B vitamins can also support the that, so it’s nice to see all 3 in one capsule. To be honest, I wasn’t sure if the two forms of magnesium in here would be the right kinds (magnesium Hydroxide & Magnesium Oxide), since I’ve seen Magnesium Glycinate and Lactate recommended for stress and sleep. Luckily, this formulation works really well for me!!!I took one capsule about 30 minutes before I intended on going to bed, which is probably the perfect timing. I was reading stuff on my phone and noticed I felt ready to turn the lights off and go to sleep. It was a very natural and gentle transition; no drowsiness, no medicated feeling. I fell asleep SO FAST! It reminds me a little of the feeling I get when I take melatonin, or use magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet. Just a nice, soothing, “ready to sleep” sensation.I slept like a rock and woke up refreshed!! I also feel ready to take on the day…. Not stressed about a zillion things. My life is very chaotic and stressful lately, so I’ll gladly add this in nightly.UPDATE: I haven’t noticed the same effect I had after the initial dose. I’m still sleeping pretty well, but not getting the same sleepy feeling that lets me pass out quickly. Been staying up WAY too late again.Hope this helps 🤗

Bottle arrived without any protective seal
I had to request the refund, as neither outside of the plastic bottle cap, nor the inside top of the bottle was sealed, as it always is with any other vitamins I have purchased. It was first time I got vitamins without any protective seal. I am not sure if the manufacturer sells vitamins without any protective seal, or the bottle was opened before sending.

Gives me bad Bloating and Gas
Watch out for this stuff, it gave me painful bloating and gas. Apparently this is a typical side effect of this kind of magnesium supplement.

Taking for about a week
I don't usually try new vitamins and, if I do, I Google them prior to. This one had good reviews, so I decided to try it out... My oder arrived quickly and there was a bit of damage to the box, but the bottle was in perfect condition.About me, in general: my mind races when I try to fall asleep, I've been getting terrible spasms (everyday to every other day) in my foot for about 6 months, and I over think everything.I've been taking one capsule (reasonably sized, whit) with water each night about 1/2 an hour to an hour before bed. I usually sleep from 11 PM to 7 AM. What I've noticed in the last few days: my mind isn't racing as long & I seem to fall asleep faster. I do still wake up once or twice in the middle of the night, but I fall back asleep. Generally, falling asleep is the difficult part for me. I have also noticed that I haven't (knock on wood) had a Charlie Horse type spasm in my foot!! There also has been no upset stomach from this supplement and no "hangover"/drowsy effect the next day.I still over think things and am generally stressed, but it's the holidays 🙃 and I expect as much!Overall, assuming the results continue, I intend to order another bottle!

Destressed?
I did not find this supplement to work very well. I felt a bit drowsy & a bit overwhelmed.

Mood makeover in a tablet!
I bought these on a whim because I'd found myself getting very short tempered for no real reason and I didn't like it. I was putting it down to poor sleep and stress but figured a supplement wouldn't do any harm. Now, some would say it's a placebo effect and maybe it is, but these have been amazing. I really didn't expect them to do much, if anything. After just two days I found myself being far calmer. After a fortnight I'm a different person - or rather, I'm ME again. Maybe it's a coincidence, maybe not, but for now I'm a fan and buying a second bottle.About the tablets themselves- they're the plastic capsule type so no flavour and they have no real smell either; they are quite large but easy to swallow with some water.

Really good!
Didn’t realise how much I liked/needed these until I ran out. Defo worth a try but they aren’t FDA regulated or whatever so keep that in mind

Big tablets, good affect.
The packaging is simple, it's an easy screw top bottle with no fuss. The tablets themselves are large which, if you struggle to swallow tablets may be an issue however I find them OK. They are completely odourless and tastless which is a huge bonus in comparison to others I have tried.I do find I sleep a little better and my racing thoughts are somewhat calmer after taking these, I am taking them alongside minimising alcohol consumption and other things. Overall I am satisfied and would purchase again.

Not noticed any change
I am a very stressful person, I suffer with IBS, have bouts of insomnia and worry about every little thing.Ive tried all sorts of drugs to help with the stress and to aid sleep but never really found the silver bullet. Although lavender pillow spray has benefitted. I have been taking lavender essential oil tablets to help with stress too and I do think they have taken off the edge. When I saw these Magnox Stressmag pills and read the other favourable reviews I thought I’d have to give them a try.I’ve been taking them for a week now and I can’t say Ive really noticed any difference in my sleeping pattern unfortunately. Still either struggling to get to sleep or falling asleep then wakening up and then struggling to get back to sleep. With regards to whether its helped with my stress levels I’m unsure as I was still taking the lavender pills as well. Ive since finished the course I had so it will be interesting to see if these help or not. But the main reason I ordered was for the sleep benefits they claimed and on that outcome unfortunately they have been found wanting. That’s not to say I guess that others may find they help, we’re all different. But unfortunately for me its back to the drawing board.
