I have the original Chirp wheel set but they don't have the knobs for maximum pressure and massage. This wheel is incredible and beats my ass! Let me tell you!I have a massive amount of trauma that I've been holding onto for 30 years. I've recently lost over 120lbs and have been getting myself into shape. But the muscle atrophy along with cemented in trauma, plus a car accident and years of physical abuse that crippled my back and knees... These wheels are a godsend.I don't make the kind of money where I can get surgeries or go to specialists for treatment. They gave me opioids years ago, got me addicted and then stopped the scripts when they realized that the drugs were so harmful... It turned a lot of good people into pariahs and we can't get treatment or taken seriously because of past decisions... So we make due with what we can. And this wheel, even though it can cause pain, it has helped to alleviate so much more.

I’m a dental hygienist with horrible neck painI’ve tried just about everything. It works great on the upper and mid back. Deep massage on lower back. I think it’s a tad big for the cervical spine area but overall does a great job. Seems like great quality.

Wanted a “Chirp” wheel, but not at “Chirp” pricing. Does the job

Don’t waste your money on any other brands! The 6” wheel will give you the best results, but if you aren’t used to foam rolling it may be too intense for you. My husband and teenagers says it hurts, but it feels amazing to me! I use it every single night for about 9 months now.I originally purchased the entire Chirp set just to have the small one break 3 times! I would contact the company and they would give me a hard time claiming I was misusing it. I still have the big wheels and never use them. This wheel is by far superior to Chirp and hasn’t cracked or broken.I see it is half the price now of what I paid for it, but honestly it was worth it! I love it so much!!

So, I've had a hard foam roller from another company for years - I have loved it as it has always helped provide back pain relief by popping tight joints and massaging muscles. I tend to get deep cricks in my back that only my wife could relieve by basically walking on me. Not anymore.I got the 6" roller here - and my God this thing is amazing. ANY discomfort I have whatsoever I just roll for a few minutes on this thing and I'm good to go. I've gotten some deep pops that I've never gotten before even at the chiropractor, and at first it sounds like driving over a gravel road (lots of little pops) that eventually subside after a few minutes.When the pops subside, I stand up and my upper back feels INCREDIBLE. All discomfort and pain - gone. Absolutely wild. Use it every day now and can't imagine life without it.

Product had clearly been used before and repackaged. It was covered in dust, glitter, and what I think is pet hair. I tried it anyway (in case I wanted to order another- new one) and it wasn't very good. It was NOT sturdy under my back and kept tipping over. My foam roller with the dip for the spine works MUCH better than this for same price.Best part was opening the pamphlet it comes with. I want to know the story of why they chose a photo of a naked guy with a dog using this product.
