No business card holder!
Just what I have been looking for. My only complaint is that there is NOT a business card holder. There is just a slit in the plastic pocket through which one can insert a card. Calling that a "holder" is really stretching things.

Perfect for training manuals!
These binders are exactly what I need and have ordered them twice now. I deliver training and the manual I give students is pretty hefty. The binders are more than happy to hold 40 sheets plus and look really professional.

Robust workhorse of a folder, for unpunched documents only.
This set of folders is excellent value and offer great potential for organisation and collation of papers whether for a student organising handouts and documents by subject or organising home or home office paperwork.Strong yet flexible plastic covers protect the paper against dust and wear and tear, and the papers are held very securely by a lever clamp meaning you don't have to locate plastic sleeves or a hole punch to collate your work, also great for those things you cannot hole punch for one reason or another and in a selection of bright colours for sorting or collation.I've taken these as part of an ongoing project to organise subject knowledge to support my daughters learning, this is great for my longer term research and print outs of subject specific ideas which can then be transferred when needed to envelope style wallets to keep activities of the week together.Overall, highly recommended for any organisational needs, yes they are expensive compare to buying 3 for 2 ring binders at the supermarket but if you want a non-punch alternative to numbered page sleeve booklets, or slip in sleeve wallets this is an excellent choice.

Superior to those used previously, no punching required
Although so described, 'Rapesco Presentation Folder Pack of 10 A4 Assorted' are not presentation folders as they normally utilise transparent plastic sleeves which these do not. Although you could use sleeve inserts if you wish, the folders are primarily designed for non-punched papers. The documents are not held in situ by rings, strings or any similar method but firmly held by a lever-operated metal spring-loaded clamp. Clamp binders can be useful for many purposes and are probably best for anything where the contents may frequently change or when using ring-binders may be undesirable. These can be used when punching may not be practical or preferable - documents remain intact and undamaged by punched holes. The pack comprises 10, sets of two in each of five colours. The binder outers are flexible and therefore able to tolerate some abuse. They could be readily transported in any school bag, back-pack etc. A small pocket within accepts a business card or insert of similar size for ID or labelling purposes.A similar style of folder, but in card and with a somewhat different mechanical action, had been previously used although not always successfully. These appear to be superior in all respects and are resistant to tearing.

Bright and light clamp folders for non hole punched documents
These are files for school/college or work where the papers are clamped together whilst in the binder, and not hole punched good for rapid or frequent access. These binders are made from a flexible but rigid plastic. The folders are fairly slim a couple of cms and there is a plastic cover over the spine and the left had edge of front cover. This can be used to label the file with a slip of paper or thin card.Inside the left cover there's a small triangular wallet, drop a piece of A4 paper in it will cover slightly less than half the paper surface. Slots in this would allow you to insert a business card or similar sized piece of cardThe clamp to hold the papers in place in the binder is made from metal and is sprung so that the papers are held flat, no holes are required unlike a ring binder. You can turn the pages whilst clamped, but they are going to be much easier to read un clamped. At the unclamping point there is a risk that papers fall out and a paper clip or Rapesco supa clip is handy to keep papers together. This folder type is best suited to single medium sized documents or individual sheets where the order is not so important. You could use coloured sheets of paper to divide up documents or papers but if labeled sections is important a ring binder with index tabs may be easier. The files come in a selection of bright colours, pinky/red, yellow, turquoise, and purple, 2 of each colour. If you like this style of folder there are few negatives. However my folders do not lie entirely correctly, I've dropped a star because of this. The spine is not upright but is shifted left so that the back cover sticks out from behind the front. You can push the cover a little to correct to a certain extent.

Smart and efficient
I have never been dissatisfied with Rapesco products and this one is no exception. The folders come in a set of ten being two each of five colours. The folders are flexible but robust and will hold A4 sheets without the need for punching; which is ideal when filing A4 handouts at a tutorial etc.. The lever system which holds the paper is conveniently small. There is a sleeve down the length of the spine to allow for personalisation which wraps around to the front of the file for about 40 mm. I used a coloured sheet of A4 paper on a landscape setting, typed two titles in large font and once trimmed inserted it in the pocket and I had a title the length of the spine and another the length of the front. I had previously bought a pack of deep-coloured A4 paper from Amazon which matches most of the file colours - giving quite a professional-looking appearance to the files. The files are very reasonably priced so it must be 5 stars!
