Does what it says on the bottle!
My leather suite is seventeen years old now and came with a twenty five year warranty, it is well built and good quality and not really had that much attention paid to its well being! Most of the leather is as good as new but the seat pads were scuffing and crazing a bit and after doing a bit of research on YouTube discovered this stuff ... it looks like an easy fix and it really is!I wasn't expecting much but I was genuinely amazed by the results with very little effort involved ...I cleaned and degreased the surface with kitchen roll and a small amount of isopropyl acetate (non acetone based nail varnish remover) and dried it for a few seconds with a hairdryer.Applied the dye onto the sponge then wiped over the whole surface of the seat cushion and the crazes and scuffs blended in and disappeared. I gave it a second coat after a couple of minutes for good measure.I gave it a quick dry with the hairdryer again ... all four cushions done in twenty minutes.Colour match is close enough and the finished product dried only a little duller than the rest of the suite but a small amount of Carrs Leather Oil brought it back to life and now it looks as good as new ... wish I'd taken a picture before but like I said I wasn't expecting it to turn out so well.Plenty left in the bottle for future applications.Might get some for my car steering wheel next ...

Nice one!
Used this one to cover a few marks on BMW car seats. Two quick applications and a blast with a warm hairdryer and good as new. Sealed the leather with a decent leather restorer for a just out of the factory look.Great product, a little bit goes a long way.

Does the job, but best to get prepartion products and a sealer to prevent wear.
Does the job, but the instructions refer to using other products for preparation.I would suggest a sealer of some sort as the dye has worn after a few months of application.

Works!
I wasn't too sure when I first started using this as it seemed to go everywhere but once I got the hang of it, it was easy to apply. I used it to cover leather scuff marks on the car seat and it covers them perfectly, really quite impressive. I found the best way was to apply to area and dab in to leather then wipe of excess which left a smooth finish.

Leather repair dye
Had an elderly cat who used to pull herself up onto the leather chairs with her claws!! She sadly died aged 16 and we needed to renovate the leather and hide the scratch marks. This repair dye was a perfect colour match and has worked really well. Now if there is a mark or scratch we use the repair dye. Great.

I started applying small amount and then leaving to dry then a polish and repeated until it didn't look as bad as it was
I used this to try and repair a stain on a leather item where something rubber had been placed against it for a period of time and so took the stain out of the leather.I started applying small amount and then leaving to dry then a polish and repeated until it didn't look as bad as it was.I was probably hoping to restore it completely but I think it was worth the purchase.

It does not do what it says on the tin.
Absolute rubbish. Used it on a bike seat, left it 48 hour's to dry, buffed it and put it on the bike. On the first ride it rained, the saddle got wet, the black colour dye wasn't fixed and transferred from the saddle to my jeans. So I now have a ruined pair of jeans and a bicycle saddle I can't use.

Highly recommended
Bought based on a paper review of the product, and can say it has done as it says it’ll do.Extremely easy to use and a good finish. Not perfect, but good enough for £12.Time will tell how long it lasts, but I have used 1/10 of a bottle to do my steering wheel and bolsters.
