They charge by a USB port cable. The USB cord that comes with the headphones has a magnetic "T" shape that attaches to one side of the headphones. It attaches VERY securely. Hope this helps.

Yes, and surprisingly the calls are very clear.

Q: What is the battery life like? Hiw many hours?

I haven't gotten to the point of this headset being dead because I use it for over a hour while at the gym and charge it once a week

I'm not certain, but I don't think so.
