Appearance bad ,big size looking bad

I had ordered a 36 Size. The tag said 36 but I measured it with a tape and it was a size 34.Tried for exchange but size 36 wasn't available and so returned it.Other than that the quality of U.S. Polo is always amazing. I've bought a jean previously and it was really soft and stretchy.I'm sure this was a seller mistake or less inventory, tried to stick in a small size instead of getting the order cancelled.

The fitting not as expected.the back of waist should be 1-2 inches higher to be comfortable
