Imperial Opulence Bed with Memory Foam Mattress (3ft x 6ft6)

I only review after having item a few months to test. I would NOT recommend buying from this company, they do Not care about our consumer rights. I'm disabled and by the time I'd had the bed 2 and a half months the mattress started to dip in the middle, the most important part for an adjustable bed right.... I had a stroke and another about 2 months ago have spent most of this year in and out of hospital with other emergencies etc. It has taken time to recover but I have but the mattress has gone in the middle by the time it was 3 to 4 months old, obviously at that time I wasn't well enough to do anything apart from buy 2 yes 2 mattress toppers just so I can lay in some sort of comfort, so when I recovered fully earlier this month and checked the bed which comes complete with mattress all shrink wrapped and very hard to undo, it took 3 people to do so not good if you don't have anyone to help you. Anyway as a big Amazon shopper, being disabled I have to get stuff somewhere, it took me time to remember then find when I bought it, so when I contacted the seller about the mattress still under a year old I'm told it's over 6 month we don't exchange. So in other words, tough luck we'll have your money & leave you with a mattress that's no good for a child to sleep on never mind anyone else. I've never had such bad service from anywhere. I would say don't buy from these they want your money that's it.

Arrived promptly, great delivery men who offered to set it up for my mum.Bought this for my 90 year old mother who suffers from nightly gastro reflux problems and some backache.Since using the bed no reflux problems and as she says it is super comfy so much so when I call her in the mornings about 10am she is still in bed (never heard of she is usually up around 8am).All in all a fantastic purchase just wish I had thought of this years ago.Only issue was I did not know it did not come with a headboard (should have known really) however when realised I went back into order but couldnt find the link,I could see it said order headboard seperately but was unable to do so.Thankyou amazon and adjustable bed company for making my 90 year old mum very happy and comfyDelighted customersif you are considering this product I urge you to get it, it really works for gastro reflux / back problems.

Great bed for price but the mattress slips during sleep a good 4 inches and as I have fluid in the lung I find myself almost flat resulting in the Paramedics being called out...i have to find a way of securing the mattress so it doesn't slip off the bed other wise it's very comfy

Beds are OK for the price but the Adjustable Bed Company were very unhelpful when I had an issue with one of the mattresses after having it for only 10 months.

what can i say its a bed and wel a beds a bed not quite what i was expecting but you can sleep on it.

This bed was bought for my father after he'd been released from hospital after a six week stay. I cannot fault the customer service given. They managed to get the bed delivered promptly and it has worked perfectly since dad has had it. It has made his life bearable and I would highly recommend this bed

Soft thin mattress.Have had to purchase a new mattress.

Fantastic comfy bed, would recommend to anyone. Price incredible for quality of bed. Can also store bedding under end of bed, when you raise up fully to make room to put things under. Would not put near to air pump, in case there is a risk of fire, so would emphasise to put any storage of the bottom of the bed where there are no electrics.
