—Feel free to ask me any questions about my review!—This top is so cute! I ordered both the white and black and have gotten so many compliments on them! I just wore it with jeans but plan to put it under a leather jacket in the winter time.This product runs true to size. I ordered a small, which is my usual size, and it fits but is a little snug in the chest. Perfect layering piece!
I ordered the XL lined tank for a specific outfit and specific event. Loved it! Pretty TTS for tanks IMO. I usually wear L-XL tops and my bust size is 42D. So pretty, flattering and a very nice material. I may need more colors!

Size chart is off
At first I bought a Large because the size chart said a 40" bust is a Large. That was huge. So, then I got a Medium. Still big. Then got the Small and it fits just right.I am 40" bust and am 150ish lbs. See photo. I'm not very big, buy I normally wear a Medium in tops.
