Very good at securing planks when gluing
I'm using them with 2 by 5 mm hull planks. Holds planks securely for gluing or when bending to fit the curve of the hull. Had to get two sets because of the size of the project. The clamp is shaped to hold the plank flat against the hull.

Very useful tool that works well, except that the handle detaches from the screw very easily.Could be manufactured better, hence the low star rating.
