Does the no neutral switch support multi pole 3-way?

Explain how this works, it has a neutral green and 2 hits black. How does this hook up?

The TDOS5-J has 2 black wires that are interchangeable for either incoming or outgoing power. The green wire is required as the return wire completing the circuit for the sensor to operate.

Does the sensor work vertically? I would like to place it at the bottom of a staircase.

A motion sensor is sensitive to any motion it detects within its range of sensitivity, given vertical, horizontal or diagonally.

I've installed four of these switches on four different lights and every single one flickers horribly. Is there a way to get it to stop?

Have any changes been tried? 5. Is the flickering slow or rapid?
