Comfortable on a small headed adult
Ok, before anyone thinks I'm a pinhead, no, I'm an adult who lives right in between kids and adult sizes. So, having gotten that out of the way, I had a pair of nice Sony active noise canceling over the ear headphones. The problem was that they hurt the top of my head after a day or so. I did some reading and it looked like the issue was that they muffs weren't tight enough on my ears, leaving the majority of weight to rest on my head. I tried the tricks of wrapping the band to try to reshape them but always had pain after wearing them.So I decided to just get a pair of kids headphones. I'm on day 2 of these and have no pain. They are noticeably lighter and the headband is more padded than the Sony so that might be contributing but either way, it seems to have solved my problem. I like that the noise canceling and power buttons are physical switches so I can feel what is on instead of having to remove them and look at led lights. I have managed to pair them with 2 devices but the sound from my laptop often just interrupted my music but didn't make the sound it should have, e.g. email notifications lower your music but you don't hear the ding. I do not notice the noise canceling while it is on but really do once I turn it off so it does it's job. I have not been struck by the sound quality either way so I'd say it's not spectacular or horrible.

AMAZING product, amazing customer service, amazing company!
The title hopefully tells you all you need to know. These headphones are fantastic! We have a special needs kid who is obsessed with her headphones and would leave these on all day if we let her. We can’t leave home without them, or there will be problems. We liked them so much, this is actually our second pair! They’re very comfortable, and the limiting volume is such an important feature for kids so as not to damage the all important hearing (we should probably have this feature on all adult headphones too). One of her multiple conditions is autism, and she can focus on her music but is able to hear us if needed. The battery lasts all day (we have left them on overnight and still working the next day). The headphones fold flat and come with a nice case. The headphones themselves are pretty sharp looking too. We have certainly had many positive comments on them when out and about. To top off a simply phenomenal product, the customer service is superb. Breanna was a tremendous help. Her assistance and caring, positive attitude alone is enough to keep us as lifelong customers. This is even more important in the ever declining world of customer service. I can guarantee you we will be making further purchases from this company!

Prodotto verificato

Great headphones
At first I was hesitant to buy the first Puro Quiet for my child because of the price tag but after two other kiddie headphones from a different company stopped working I went for it.Puro Quiet looked and felt like proper headphones unlike the other plastic ones I have tried. The colour was vibrant and the quality of the materials seemed very good for children’s headphones. It was used during a long-haul flight over 12 hours with the audio cable. Battery life was very good. I am not sure about the battery life when using Bluetooth though. My child did not need to use the noise cancellation function during the flight which probably would have drained the battery life a bit more. It also means that even without it the sound quality was good despite the airplane engine noise. It was used for home schooling during lockdowns. After a few months of using it on and off I decided to buy another one for my other child.Recently I needed a replacement audio cable but could not find it easily in the UK so I contacted the seller. The customer service team was friendly, quick and efficient in finding a solution for me.I would happily recommend the headphones and the company to the people I know.
