Merriway® BH01749 EB Sash Window Fitch Fastener Lock - Brass Plated

Given that the fixed catch part barely touches the rotating part, this cannot possibly be a secure fixing. Unless I pack the underside of the rotating part to raise it 2mm or so, it won't catch. How could you make and sell something so hopeless?

Ok quality - good enough to use on a window but you wouldn't want it to be the only bit of security on it as it's a bit lightweight.

Replaced an old broken sash window catch with this. Cheap and functional, does the job perfectly.

Not very good quality. I was expecting a chinky brass fitting but this is very thin metal.

Just what I wanted.

Worked very well as a replacement catch for a sash window.
