I truly love this basketball and software data tracking. This is such a smart basketball and the sensor inside the ball is amazing, tracking makes and misses very accurately. I used to use small digital counters attached to my watch to track makes and misses but having the ball do it, along with your phone is much easier. All range of shots are tracked and the app knows how far your shot is as well as the release angle, release timing, and back spin. It is also fun to see how you rank along side other users, comparing shots taken, shots made and shot percentage over the last day, week, or month.I had a question about the app and received an email response promptly from Daniel who was very helpful and informative.This product is awesome for anyone who loves to shoot baskets. Shooting baskets is my therapy and the SIQ basketball is like a beloved coach. It's a great tool for young kids all the way up to the WNBA or NBA. If there were 100 stars available I would give it 100 stars.

I recently bought this basketball for my two sons, who are passionate about the game and always practicing. I had heard great things about the product, and now that we've started using it, I can confirm — it's truly a game-changer! The seamless connection between the ball and my phone allows us to easily track their shots and workouts. More than that though the advanced technology captures valuable data, and the voice prompts and reminders help them refine their shots. It's made them more conscious of their technique and movements, ensuring quality reps every time. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any basketball trainer or parent looking to enhance their kids' game. Five stars all the way!

The media could not be loaded. We are using both indoor and outdoor versions of the ball. Both deliver accurate tracking and feedback. App is greatly enhanced from previous version, and the tech works fantastically well! My 12 year old whooter, who is very particular about what he works with, has enjoyed shooting both, and has been a strong recommendation to other kids in our program. Game-ifying the work is clever and motivates them to get up more shots through friendly weekly competitions.

Like another reviewer, this was bought for a child whose Android phone is monitored by Google Family Link. Although we've turned off restrictions for him to purchase items on Google Play, when trying to subscribe through the app on his phone, it both won't let us and gives a message that his parents can't either. After much Googling and trying, I couldn't find a workaround that worked for him.I also tried just installing it on my own phone, which would be inconvenient for both him and me. But even while attempting that, I was unable to get the app to connect to the ball via bluetooth despite following the prompts and instructions.This is pretty complicated just to shoot a darn ball through a hoop. For the cost of the ball plus an ongoing subscription, I'm puzzled how this is a thing. Maybe works better for other situations, but was a bust for us and am returning.

The lettering is already peeling off and it’s beginning to smooth out we haven’t even had it a month.

This ball is extraordinary. I am a very frugal person and had a hard time spending this money, yet hubby and I decided to get this as a Christmas gift for our 12 year old baller. He plays year around on two teams and shoots every morning before school and after.After buying this ball, his confidence skyrocketed. My son is incredibly talented and athletic, however he is such a team player that he always passed more than he was willing to shoot due to confidence issues. This ball was a game changer. Now that he KNOWS he hits 58%, he has the confidence to shoot and the data to just keep getting better.He shoots more than ever now and loves the interactive challenges!His second game after Christmas was outstanding; he nearly had a triple double. The coaches and players were like "wow what is this?!" It is so competitive where we live I've been hesitant to share our SIQ "secret". If you have a serious player, you really can't go on without this ball. The $$ we spend on leagues and training g and private coaches can never do what this ball can does. Your kid, or maybe you, really needs it.We've needed to reach out to the company with questions twice, and they responded immediately and got it right each time!!Thank you- Siq changed our game!Update: He is now shooting 61% on average.

She went from a streaky ft shooter to a consistent one, she will make at least one when she gets to the line in games , where before it was literally a toss up. Really helps with everything if you know how to use it, however the arc mechanic may need an update but other than that I love it ! Worth every penny

UPDATE 5-20-24. My issue was resolved, and I am now able to use the ball. Daniel from SIQ got involved and resolved my issue. The ball itself works great, this is a fantastic tool for helping kids improve their accuracy and form. The weekly challenges keep the user focused on specific skills to make them better shooters. I am also a girl's high school varsity coach, and I will be ordering a few of these through the booster club for us at practice.Hate writing this as I bought one ball for my son and it works great. Bought a second ball for myself and cannot create a log in. I'm stuck in a loop of error messages with very little help or concern from SIQ. Sure they are responding that they appreciate my frustration but no action being taken. Crazy that they have no work around or solution. It's with management is what I am told??Update - still no help from SIQ. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT as they have no solutions if you run into my issue.
