This is a pretty good tumbler. It keeps your coffee hot and if you are the kind of person who drinks water (gross) then it might keep it cold. I have two issues with this item. It is not 20 oz. as advertised. I suppose that is a bit of a lie. The cup will hold 20 oz. but not with the lid on. This is a concern for me since I like to brew 10 oz. coffee through the K-cup machine twice to fill my cup and now I have to do two 8 oz. to comfortably get the lid on. my next concern is that the seal leaks and liquid accumulates between the lid and the cup occasionally dripping on you as you go to take a drink.
