Great accessory
Lovely companion to my Samsung phone. For a small device, it certainly functions beyond my expectations.

Samsung should be ashamed of itself!
For starters: I LOVE this watch for what it does and how it does it. It works flawlessly with my other samsung tech - phone, tablet - and it does what I want it to do very well indeed. 5 stars for that! So why 3 stars? The battery. These watches have no battery life to speak of. Cheap - £50 or so - watches, I tried one, keep going and going, regardless of what you do with them. Except that they don't work anywhere near as well with the phone and tablet and don't do what I want them to do very well. So why, oh why doesn't samsung pull their socks up and sell us expensive watches with a decent battery life? I actually sent one back because the battery was flat after 9 hours, which is totally unacceptable for such a pricey watch, and there were some other things not right with it. This one tells me at 7 in the morning that it has 1 day and 5 hours battery life and at 8.15 in the evening the watch needs to be charged because the battery is low: 8%. I am disgusted. All I really use it for is step count and distance walked and knowing what time it is. And at this rate I'm scared to do even as little as that for fear of having a flat battery when I'm out! A for having it on overnight - no way, because then I can't wear it the next day! I don't know what to do with this thing...

Bad battery life
This is the first smart watch that I've had to charge everyday. If I'd of known that I would of looked for something else. The blood oxygen level shows that it drops to 80% at night which isn't accurate and frightened me and led to a trip to doctors to check so on a whole it isn't accurate so don't go off the readings .

Needs charged at least twice a day!
I dont use the preinstalled apps, but they can't be uninstalled, . Apps, phone calls, messages, only work when phone is within Bluetooth distance to your phone. When not connected to phone its just an expensive step counter and time teller. Battery life is surprisingly bad, I've installed bare minimum apps and in work I can not have my phone with me during12hour shifts, yet this watch needs charged two or three times per day. When connected to your phone its a great accessory, calls are clear on both ends, messages can be replied to easily, you can watch YouTube clearly and Ring camera sends a picture when someone is at your frontdoor... great features but I wouldnt recommend it simply due to the battery issues. Battery drains too easily although the charging is fast.

Very disappointing 😞
The watch comes on time delivery excellent, but the device comes without charger completely dead battery.I think will send it back for 40 more pounds I can have brand new.
