Grips Thick Bar Grips (Pair)

Wow! Fell in love with these as soon as I laid eyes then hands on them - really heavy and tough rubber. Clipped them onto my Surge Storm to increase effort need to exercise. On my first work out with these grip wideners if feel a systemic difference all over my physique - really good workout for wrists, hands, forearms, shoulds and upper and lower body. Highly recommend.

Attention!This grip doesnt fit a bar thicker than 26 mm diameter!That is,because the hole has a diameter of only 25 mm,so the resulting gap is uncomfortably wide.On the other hand,a "fat gripz"-grip has a hole of 28 mm and fits any bar up to 30 mm,with the resulting gap being acceptable.

Overall these are a useful rather than a necessary piece of equipment, they are ideal for adding to a cable rope and dumb bells for arm work, not recommended for flyes though as the twisting motion caused pain in elbow area. Also, unless you have hands like spades not convenient for barbell curls as too thick to squeeze and get solid grip throughout movement hence the four stars.

As someone that did a bit of weight lifting can say that these will definitely give you the strong grip and stronger wrists and forearms you want.

Solid item, even just gripping it without any weights automatically engages the muscles in your forearms.
