Very very slow hangs up feeezes and Kodi is loaded with no movie or sports Sent it back

The media could not be loaded.  Am unable to use any apps. When we try to open, it takes too long to load and then goes back to home screen. There was an update for preinstalled app, I tried to update, the device hanging. I’ve been trying for past one hour, could not use any apps. Did re-install the app, turn off/on still the same issue! Don't go for it.

Had an initial problem but unit exchanged no problem, very easy to setup and good backup advice

Upon first start up I was greeted with a step by step setup to get my on my wifi network, I then spent the next 30 minutes looking at the installed apps and downloading a few from the Google play store. Well, I was hooked! I then started up Kodi and chose the ‘pre-loaded version (Gostreamer give the option of basic/blank or preloaded with add-ons version) which downloads a config populated with freeview TV channels and other film/TV related add-ons and started looking around, I was hooked even more!! The box comes with Netflix installed which is great but you can also find loads of movies and TV shows via Kodi with a bit of configuring, I would suggest getting on Youtube and searching for how to install the best kodi add-ons.I use this box EVERY SINGLE NIGHT now. Awesome.
