Arrived packaged very well. All the hardware and straps individually wrapped with inserts to keep it's shape during shipping. Stitching looks to be even. Logo clearly engraved on zippers and buckles. I was disappointed that the chain could not be removed as pictured but my husband removed it without any issue.

I thought there was a chain on both ends of the bag so you can use it as a hand bag as well as a strap bag. it has a chain on one side only for decoration. Seems well made, pretty and good medium size. I like the outside pockets.
