THIS IS THE SET YOU WANT!
I expected to receive a disappointing set because I’m on a budget and this is for my classroom! This set is the BEST quality! Super sturdy and glossy, not papery at all. I was sorting them by letter o tin dollar store pans for easy word finding, and I need at least two more pans. The box is still completely full of creative words, no concerning words at all for a middle school, and more than I ever knew could come in a single set. It’s way better than the original Magnetic Poetry sets, which I’ve had a few of at home. Don’t bother reading all the other sets reviews, this is PERFECT and the best value!

They’re ok
The magnet isn’t too strong. I do love them though.

Lower quality than Magnetic Poetry brand, but really strong word variety.
Having purchased numerous themed kits from the Magnetic Poetry brand, I'm very familiar with the consistency of their quality. These tiles are definitely not of a matching quality. They are thinner and more slippery due to the laminate surface, and they have a shine to them unlike Magnetic Poetry's matte finish, which can lead to glare when taking photos. They are harder to separate and they are not cut as evenly, and the kerning is really off on some of the words. All of that having been said, I still really, really like this kit. The word choice is highly diverse, unlike Magnetic Poetry kits that start to get pretty samey (minus a few longer words unique to each themed kit). You also get a LOT more words per dollar, which on its own should be a huge selling point. They aren't too bad to mix and match with on-brand Magnetic Poetry tiles, either. As I mentioned, they're not cut at a consistent size, so there's a bit of a mismatch in places, but the sizes are similar enough that it's not unpleasantly jarring. All in all, I highly recommend this set, though it couldn't hurt to supplement it with some word tiles from other brands to diversify your repertoire, especially if you're obsessed with the dang things like I am.First photo is a comparison of Magnetic Poetry (left) and this brand (right), second is a sample of the kerning oddities, and third is a picture of a tile that some other reviewers have stated was misspelled in their pack. I am happy to report that the word "handsome" in my pack was not missing its letter E!

A lot of words!
I have many magnet sets, and this is a GREAT deal for a "starter" pack. In reality it's much larger than a starter pack, but it's not themed as some are. Definitely screen the words if you want to use it in class. I believe I took out "fat" and "stupid" for example. The quality is good and a beautiful box too. If I had someone who wanted these, I would pick this box out of all the ones I've ever had to give them.

So many words!
The media could not be loaded. There are so many words in this kit! Sometimes the font size doesn’t match from word to word, but that kinda adds to the kitsch. Word selection couldn’t be beat. There are a few blank tiles to add your own expletives. The only downside to this set is that the words come connected in sheets. They separate easily, but it is time consuming. Fun, but time consuming.

Expect 2 hours to separate all words.
Dont know if all are this connected from factory. But what a false start.

Love these!
I have a part-metal utility box in my front yard. School kids pass by. We stick words to the box so they can rearrange them as they like on the way to and from school, or even take some, which is fine with us! Visiting grandaughter loves it too. Great set of words!
