The bins are the perfect size for the storage space I have. Unfortunately, two of the lids showed up cracked and broken in the shipping box. I reached out to customer service and was promptly sent replacement bins packed very securely with padding around the edges. The plastic is probably too brittle, so I duct tapped all the lid corners to protect from further damage. I like the style, closures, and handle. I would purchase again, but store should work on packaging properly the first time.

I like these containers. I really do. And I have ordered a bunch of them, but...First there were four of the lids that were broken. I went through a bunch of garbage and wound up having them cancel my order. Again, I re-ordered. Hopefully, they will arrive.Meanwhile, I ordered six more containers. They were the wrong size!! 42 quarts - but no, I got 48 quarts. They are too big for my shelves. I have worked with Amazon for over a decade and have never had this much frustatration with a company.... EVER! If I ddn't already have six sets of these, I would jettison them,However, I really like these units, so I am going to go through this garbage - AGAIN!!Seriously, they are really nice containers, but nowhere near the trouble. Buy at your own risk.UPDATE: They sent me six brand new containers - which I did not need. I only needed four lids, It took Amazon customer service and calls and email, but they finally made it correct and then some.

My wife helps people organize their "stuff". In doing so we have tried several different manufactures containers. From the name brand ones like Sterelite, to Costco, Sam's, Walmart and the building supply stores. The biggest problem we run into is the latch assemblies on all of them, either don't latch and hold, or you practically destroy your fingertips trying to unlatch them. These are a MUCH better design!!! They work great! Latch securely and open easily. We did get a big box of the 70 qt size that looked like Amazon dropped on a corner. The box didn't look that bad, but upon opening it, three of the lids were cracked on that corner. Customer service was FANTASTIC!! I have had issues with other Amazon vendors that either ignored problems or didn't seem to understand what was going on. These folks are great! Very timely communication and fixed the problem! Could they be packaged with more bubble wrap or something? Sure... but I don't want to pay for it and that's what it comes down to. Will continue to order more of these containers for sure!

Bought this 6–pack several times. But this last time one bin the snaps off and the bin was cracked. I could put snaps back on but could do nothing for cracks.

First order of these came out perfect, but the second order had a single broken crate. Seller response was immediate with a partial refund for the damaged one. Can't beat such great customer service! Would definitely order these again. The size and clear content visibility is perfect for household storage, the locking clips work very well, and the handle is a nice feature that aids in moving them around. Great product and great seller!

We have ordered 2 sets and both had broken lids. the boxes they were shipped in are very thin and both boxes were damaged and the lids were broke. Amazon will not do anything except take them back. I am returning both sets and will purchase new ones from Home Depot.

Great quality material, strong and sturdy. Purchased to store and transport RC cars. Like the clear plastic to easily identify what is inside. Very affordable
