Can t say that I m seeing a difference in my overall condition but it s a good product, the quality is very important to me, it s very easy to swallow. The dosage is too much for us, so my husband and I take it one day out of 2.

As a degreed natural healthcare provider licensed in NY State, I'm very picky about the supplements I buy. This is a great product at a good price. I've bought it 3 times thus far, so obviously I like this product!You get a lot of bang for your buck if you buy this form of Ubiquinol with Shilajit, which improves mitochondrial function therefore increases energy production in the cells.(If you don't know what Shilajit is, look it up, it's an herbal medicine that's been used in India for millennia, completely natural and contains so many micronutrients you don't get anywhere else: cool stuff! I'm an acupuncturist and herbalist, so I do know about such things.)

I can't review the effectiveness of the product since it takes month to notice improvement. This is a great price for Ubiquinol, which is superior to CoQ10 in terms of bioavailability. The pill itself is super easy to swallow-- not too big and coated.

I can't really comment on the effectiveness of this product because based on my research, you don't really see immediate effects (or sometimes any apparent effects) when taking CoQ10. The reason I ordered this is for a few reasons: 1) I read several articles suggesting that it is very beneficial for adults above 30 (though there are an equal amount of articles saying the benefits are questionable, thought it was worth a try) 2) It has been reported that some people stopped having as many migraines, though it takes a few months for the effects to kick in 3) I don't eat that much meat, and so I know I'm lacking some basic nutrients and energy sources that are present in meat (and CoQ10 happens to be one of them).Then I had to figure out which type of CoQ10 to get. Well Ubiquinol is apparently the way to go, as it's the most easily absorbed, so that narrowed it down a lot. Also, being that this product was made in the US in an FDA approved facility gave me more confidence that there are no wonky additives in there. Anyway, back to the product itself. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. I have no side effects when taking these. I'll continue to take these until the bottle finishes. If I see absolutely no difference, then I guess at that point I'll decide if I want to reorder based on some more thorough research. But for now, they are easy enough to incorporate into my daily routine and were worth the try.

This product is more expensive than some other similar products. However, after having used this product for over a year, I believe it’s worth the extra expense.
