Bought this product for my elderly aunt it was shipped just in a plastic bag. No directions, it looked like it was reshipped from a return. She is happy with it after I had to facetime her and show her how to wear it.

I recently fractured my T5 and T6 backbones. Immediately, doctors wanted to do a surgical procedure but I decided to wait it out. This back support helped keep my back steady and I was able to heal comfortably at home. Very comfortable to sleep in.

I disliked that it had no instructions enclosed on how to wear. You have to go back to the product page online for this information. It also is hard to adjust correctly around the arms to prevent hurting you ribs. But it is very comfortable if adjusted correctly. I am not sure it is really doing the support job as advertised but I am going continue wearing it longer and give, it more time.

This did not relief my back pain or correct my posture as I had hoped. What it does it remain you of correcting your posture when you slouch.I used it to secure ice packs against my back to help with inflammation and pain. With this and my regular low back support I was able to make it through a couple of months of severe pain. Definitely get it and understand how to use it.I recommend wearing a short sleeve t-shirt under it to protect your underarms.

I couldn't give a higher rating, because I couldn't wear it. The brace probably would have done what it was intended to do, if it had a size chart. It seems to run small, but maybe its intent is to fit snugly, but it is not true to size. So now I have to send it back and purchase two more to be sure of the size.Also, it had no fitting instructions, except for the picture on Amazon, so I had to google it.Maybe I can amend the rating, if it fits well and works.

I am pleased to say this really works. It is comfortable to wear. At first I made it too tight but after wearing it I realized it was not necessary to have it really tight. I wear it daily when I am on my feet and it is a great reminder to be aware of my posture and it gives some support. When I remove it my posture is still good for quite a while - then I start to forget. I believe with daily wear/ training I will have a more permanent improvement. I ordered an XL and it is too big. I should have ordered a large. The straps wrap around to my back. I will probably cut them 6 inches shorter. Other than that I am very happy with it.

It does exactly what it describes and I am glad to have purchased it. Really shows you how bad ur posture is and I have been gradually increasing the amount of time I have worn it and have seen the benefits and improvements. Also really nice to have that extra support in the comfy build when you don’t feel like keeping good posture. Is also concealed easily.
