Love the green mats to make fruit roll ups and dehydrate liquids to make powder. The white ones worked nicely for raspberries and other smaller items that normally would fall right through the normal dehydrator shelves. Clean up easily.

I do a lot of dehydrating. And making fruit leather. This system is great in my Coleman 12 shelf dehydrator. If you ever get a chance do you hydrate slices of cantaloupe they’re wonderful.
